Are your jackets real leather?
Yes. Our leather jackets are crafted from genuine leather — including cowhide, sheepskin nappa, lambskin, and real shearling. The exact material is listed on every product page.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. If you're between sizes or want fit advice, email hello@aldernstone.com with your measurements and we'll recommend the best fit.

Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and Canada.
How much is shipping?
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $199. Orders below $199 ship at a flat rate of $9.95, calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery takes around 5–8 business days in the USA and 7–12 business days in Canada. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Are there customs fees for Canada?
Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs office. These are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they're unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email hello@aldernstone.com with your order number.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes — email us and we'll arrange the swap, subject to availability.
Leather Care
How do I care for my leather jacket?
Store it on a wide hanger away from direct sunlight and heat. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth, and condition genuine leather occasionally to keep it supple. For shearling and fur trims, brush gently and avoid moisture. Never machine wash.
