We want you to love your jacket. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept items that show signs of wear, scent (smoke, cologne, etc.), or alteration.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@aldernstone.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's complete.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll arrange the swap, subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@aldernstone.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Final Sale
Items marked “Final Sale” or clearly discounted as clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
