Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times & Rates
- United States: delivery in 5–8 business days
- Canada: delivery in 7–12 business days
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $199. Orders below this ship at a flat rate of $9.95, calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs & Duties (Canada)
Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your local customs office. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
